Subject	Stuck AIV delete bolt, help!

Message	I've had the bernie AIV delete plugs on my car a number of years now. On my last smog inspection they caught them :( I can't get the passenger side bolt out (the hex hole was stripped by the mechanic when it was installed). Any advice? The mechanic i took it to suggested ordering a whole new "test pipe" (not sure the oem name for that part)" the pipe from the downpipe to the catalytic convertor :(
